SINAK CURE3D is a liquid membrane forming dissipating concrete curing compound used to cure, densify, harden, and dustproof freshly placed concrete. CURE3D forms a durable, temporary membrane for enhanced moisture retention and improved hydration, elimination of slab curl and improved abrasion resistance. CURE3D is recommended for vertical, horizontal, interior, and exterior concrete.

The temporary membrane of CURE3D dissipates after 72 hours and does not require UV, foot traffic, or mechanical abrasion for removal. CURE3D’s ability to consistently control moisture loss for the first critical 72 hours of concrete placement eliminates slab curl, dry shrinkage cracking, dusting, and spalling. CURE3D is tested and proven to chemically replicate 3-day water cure results with improved durability and reduced permeability.

CURE3D exceeds the moisture retention requirements of ASTM C-309 Type 1, 1-D, 2 Class A & B. CURE3D is compatible with all hardeners, densifiers, polish systems, coatings, flooring & roofing systems. CURE3D allows for same day installation of tilt panel bond breakers and installation of hardeners, densifiers, and polishing systems five days after concrete placement. CURE3D is non-toxic and contains no solvents. CURE3D’s stable formula has an infinite shelf life and does not expire.
