SINAK MATTE-20 is a VOC compliant sealer that provides etch and stain resistance with a matte clear coat finish. This spray applied semi-penetrating sealer is designed to protect interior/exterior concrete, pavers, stucco, painted surfaces, masonry, epoxy, gypsum, methyl methacrylate, polyurethane, tile, marble, limestone, sandstone, countertops, brick, and terrazzo against chemical intrusion, grease, oil, and staining.
MATTE-20 offers excellent stain resistance while maintaining the color and texture of the treated substrate. The chemically stable solution is UV stable and will not yellow, cloud, or blush over time. MATTE-20 forms a durable, protective film on the surface that is easy to clean and maintain. MATTE-20 is easy to apply and does not require backrolling, microfibering, or squeegeeing. MATTE-20 significantly reduces maintenance and will not require reapplication for a minimum of five years.
MATTE-20 is available as an ASTM C-309, ASTM C-1315, Type 1, 1-D, and 2 Class A & B concrete curing compound.
