SINAK VECT-R is a ready to use, single component, zero VOC Vapor Emission and Alkalinity Control System that eliminates flooring failures by mitigating moisture, moisture vapor, hydrostatic pressure, osmotic pressure, and alkalinity. VECT-R is designed for use on all structural and lightweight structural concrete that has been recently cured and failed to meet moisture requirements for flooring, roofing, or coating installation. VECT-R’s simple spray application eliminates the need for costly and labor intensive two component moisture remediation systems.

VECT-R permanently penetrates the concrete substrate and restricts permeability & moisture vapor drive at the bond line, providing an improved surface for flooring, roofing, and coating performance. VECT-R is compatible with porous & non-porous adhesives, floor coverings, roofing systems, polishing systems, and surface treatments. Use of VECT-R allows for immediate slab access and installation of any flooring, roofing, or coating 4 hours after application.

VECT-R includes a non-prorated, fully transferable, 20-year labor, material, and adhesive bond warranty that covers replacement costs of all adhesives, coating, roofing, and flooring systems. The VECT-R warranty allows mechanical surface profiling up to ¼” amplitude. VECT-R is a cost-effective solution designed to repair concrete that has failed to meet the flooring manufacturer’s requirement for adhesive or flooring installation. VECT-R is class 55 non-hazardous, non-toxic, contains no solvents, is listed as UL GREENGUARD Gold, Health Product Declaration (HPD), Declare Label LBC Red List Free, Super Compliant with SCAQMD and Buy American Act compliant.
