Sinak VECT-R™

You will need the following items PRIOR TO WARRANTY APPLICATION SUBMISSION.

  • A copy of the purchase order or a receipt from an authorized SINAK distributor.
  • Specified locations of application must be provided. This can be in writing as a descriptive narrative; (The entire first floor etc.), lists of room numbers, or highlighted location on drawings (either physical or electronic).
  • Scanned copies or clear photographs of the applicable concrete batch tickets that received SINAK VECT-R to verify the water to cement ratio (w/c).

Once completed, your application will be reviewed and approved within 10 business days, provided no additional information is required.
