The UWL Centre for the Arts (CFTA) and Police Building Parking Ramp & Addition supports both student enrichment and public safety at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. This multiphase development features site work and paving enhancements that integrate seamlessly with educational and municipal infrastructure. Concrete mixes incorporated portland limestone cement (PLC / Type IL), which aligned with Wisconsin’s sustainability goals while presenting common placement and curing challenges. SINAK’s CURE3D and Finishing Aid were essential in overcoming those challenges—ensuring optimal hydration and a quality surface finish. The upgraded parking ramp and modernized police facility ensure improved accessibility and safety, reflecting the university’s ongoing commitment to functionality, resilience, and community impact.
