We’re excited to offer a Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) to support and reward White Cap Sales Associates for their hard work and commitment to growing our partnership together. See below for information on how to earn exciting prizes and unlimited sales commissions on some of our top-selling products.

COMMISSION

Earn between $2-4 dollars per gallon sold pending quantities.

BONUSES

Reach designated sales benchmarks for an extra $2,500-$12,500 bonus.

PRIZES

Sales associates that exceed $50,000 in total orders will be eligible to win an Apple iPad Pro.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

Follow SINAK’s LinkedIn page if you’re not doing so already.
SPIF will be tracked and paid out via the “Taken By” on customer orders.
SPIF will be open to all Account Managers, Inside and Counter Sales Associates
SPIF will be tracked by CSG/White Cap commissions teams and will be paid via payroll and all applicable taxes will be taken out.
